Ann-Marie is the Group Human Resource Manager at Progressive Grocers of Jamaica Limited, the leading supermarket chain in Jamaica. She manages a staff of 1700 spanning over 22 locations island-wide and serves as consultant in Human Relations for the Independent stores in the Group. She is a Graduate of the Caribbean Nazarene College in Trinidad & Tobago, where she received her Bachelor’s degree having completed a double major in Psychology & Counseling and Human Resource Management. She is also a: Motivational Speaker, Worship Leader, Advocate, Policy Writer, Training and Development Officer, Specialized Counselor to At Risk Youth, Diet Consultant and Weight Loss Coach, Volunteer to the Hanbury Children’s Home, and Make-up Artist.
Ann-Marie is the consummate overcomer. She spent years in a Children’s Home and has faced many other challenges. However she has never allowed herself to become a product of her environment or her experiences. She, instead, has learnt how to use each challenge as a stepping stone to the next level. She is a devout Christian and has completely surrendered her life to God’s leading and direction.

Dayna is an Online Business Advisor & Marketing Strategist. Having had the good fortune of being employed at not one, but two start up corporations in several roles spanning from Administrative Assistant to Operations Manager, Dayna had the first hand view of what it takes to launch a brand new company. Armed with that experience she made the bold decision to take what she knew and venture into her own business. She accounts it today as one of the best decisions she ever made as preparation, combined with a team of phenomenal mentors, affords her the ability to create her ideal lifestyle of having true time and location freedom through building a vibrant and growing online brand. Deidre is a freelance writer, speaker and entrepreneur. She has written over 20 articles for joyfultimestoday.com, and is a contributor to NoCompromise magazine. Deidre-Ann is the owner of Beyond Borders Boutique, a faith-based online store, which features the best-seller “Step Out In Faith” tees, and is also a makeup enthusiast and self-proclaimed DIY queen. In October 2012, a year after she gave birth to her daughter, she had an encounter with God that brought her into a deeper relationship with Him.
It was through this relationship that the Lord birthed two ministries: Step Out In Faith and Confessions of A Christian Woman. After 2 years of preparation, she finally answered the call to “step out in faith”, by leaving her job as a banker in January 2016, without a backup plan and having no one to trust, but God with her future. Though the journey has not been easy, she believes God has a greater plan in store, and is grateful and humbled to be used as His servant to share her journey, including the tests and testimonies of having stepped out in faith.

The most important things to know about Tricia-Anne Y. Morris, is that she is a woman of God, wholly committed to her Christian Faith and happily pursuing her God-Ordained purpose. Her story started over 17 years ago when she became a Senior Manager and Business Coach, working primarily with small to medium-sized businesses across Jamaica, the Caribbean, UK, and USA. Her responsibilities were varied but all converged around her helping businesses to become and remain prosperous. In 2015, after being a Christian for just a few short years, the Lord revealed to her that He wanted her to use these very skills to help women as well. This was nothing new as she had been coaching and helping women in the areas of personal and career development since the age of 15. However, she soon realized that what the Lord had in store was far bigger than what she had in mind. By the end of 2015 the Lord moved Tricia-Anne out of her job.
Today she is: A Prosperity Consultant, Business Coach and Analyst, Research Consultant, Author, Publisher, Marketing Coach, Motivational Speaker, TV Producer, Radio Host, Blogger, Co-founder of a business school and Event organizer. For the past 2 and 1/2 years Natalie has been working with youths as young as 18 and has provided them with first class training in personal development and financial literacy which in turn set the tone for some to earn multiple seven figures per year when converted from US currency. Her drive goes far beyond her professional duties, as she submits to the vision and purpose God has placed within her, along with a passion to build community and a plan aligned with Jamaica’s 2030 vision.
