MEET ME
I’m Crystal Shachene Daye, Minister, International Certified Christian Life Coach, Inspirational Speaker, Award-Winning 5 times Best- Selling Author of 9 books, Dynamic Kingdom Entrepreneur, Mother and an all-around Jesus girl (I just had to put that out there). After experiencing the redeeming power of Christ in my life, there was no way I could shut up about that- it’s the core of who I am. It is this power and passion that drives my life and has caused me to have a strong desire to see other women live life on purpose and experience all God has for them.
HOW DID I GET HERE?
As far back as I can remember, I have always been passionate, ambitious and driven – a real goal-getter – who always aimed for excellence. Growing up in poverty while living in some of the toughest communities in Kingston, Jamaica, I was resolute that I would not be a victim of my circumstances. With this determination, I ventured into activities that would aid my self-development and chart my path to success: cheerleading, pageants, volunteerism – you name it, I did it. At a very young age, my parents instilled in me that the only limits that exist are the ones we place on ourselves. So, even though life had taken me down some less than ideal paths, I am proof that you can always get back on track and God can do exceedingly abundantly more than you can imagine.
The Mess
Before my life in Christ, I experienced a lot of ‘mess’ (I had a past – don’t we all right?)
I had no true self-worth. I was abused, jumping from one toxic relationship to another. I experienced poverty-stricken moments where I had no food and I was sleeping on the floor. I struggled with shame, regret, inadequacy, and insecurity. I wasn’t a “bad” girl, but I made many bad choices. You can read more about this in my 1st book, Living A Royal Reality (Discovering Your Identity, Purpose, and Worth In Christ (which became an Amazon best-seller in less than 48 hours and received an international award in Baltimore for transformational book).
Despite my broken experiences, I was “successful” according to the world’s standards. I excelled as top girl in my high school, became the 1st in my family to get a Bachelor’s degree and started my masters, purchased my 1st home at 24 years old, built a successful career in the public sector and, oh yes, I was a cutie (smile). Even though I had achieved many things, I felt empty.
The Message
Then I had an encounter with Jesus Christ!
“AND WE KNOW THAT ALL THINGS WORK TOGETHER FOR GOOD TO THEM THAT LOVE GOD, TO THEM WHO ARE THE CALLED ACCORDING TO HIS PURPOSE.” – ROMANS 8:28
I got to a place where I felt there must be more to life. This hunger for more sent me in search to know God more and desire deeper intimacy. I knew I had a purpose and I wanted to impact people with my life.
It was through surrender my life was transformed! All the pain I experienced turned into power to help someone else. I began sharing my stories, experiences, knowledge, and lessons (my message) of God’s transformational power in my life.
Since then, I have written three more books, multiple ebooks, started getting featured in local and international newspapers, blogs, summits, radio shows, and podcast. I had a passion to empower other women to walk boldly and confidently in who God has called them to be.

- Wearing 6inch stilettos gives me super power!
- I am a bit obsessed with pink (yes even my furniture are pink!)
